Bookings are accepted by email, fax and telephone but are subject to a small deposit. Upon receipt of the deposit, a letter of confirmation will be issued to show the booking is secure.
It is important to give us as much information as possible, especially if your function room is difficult to find.
You will be surprised how many phone calls we get on a Friday and Saturday evening where someone has been let down after their booking was purely a verbal one made over the phone. This is why we insist on a deposit to secure the booking both ways, thus giving you piece of mind.
